Sir Stirling Craufurd Moss (17 September 1929 – 12 April 2020) who was a British racing driver and broadcaster, competed in Formula One from 1951 to 1961. Widely regarded as one of the greatest drivers to never win the Fromula One World Driver's Championship. Moss won a record 212 official races across several motosport disciplines, including 16 Formula One Grand Prix. In endurance racing, Moss won the 12 Hours of Sebring in 1954, as well as the Mille Miglia in 1955 with Merceds.

The Mercedes-Benz SLR Stirling Moss combines spectacular design with the most demanding technology of its time and offers a unique driving experience for all the senses. A limited edition of just 75 vehicles, this is a high-class classic car for sportsmen and enthusiasts.

Technically, the SLR Stirling Moss has inherited the best genes of the SLR family and benefits from Mercedes-Benz’ extensive experience. The body made from carbon, the newly developed monocoque, the extremely light 1,551 kg curb weight and excellent aerodynamics and safety mean that the SLR Stirling Moss brings you unlimited driving pleasure. The combination of new technology and historical class is beyond any doubt. The SLR Stirling Moss gets its impressive performance of 478 kW / 650 hp from its AMG 5.5 litre supercharged V8 engine with a maximum torque of 820 NM, which accelerates the puristic sports car to a top speed of 350 km/h.

"I’ve been drawing cars since childhood. For me, they’ve always been more than just machines — they’re art, living emotion, and a reflection of character and dreams.
One of the greatest sources of inspiration for me has always been the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Stirling Moss. Its forms and proportions left a lasting mark on my soul — that’s where it all began.

This project is my personal manifesto of love for automobiles. I aimed to preserve the nobility of classic lines while blending them with a bold, modern vision of the future.
Every surface, every curve of this car was deeply thought out and felt by me personally. This is more than just a vehicle — it’s a story told through the language of design.

It is a great honor for me to take part in bringing this project to life.
I hope that when you look at this car, you feel the same passion with which it was created."
